Hi Dee! Thanks for the lovely comment today :) I feel for you with the P/T interviews. Even when they go well, they're just so darn exhausting. And they never seem to get any easier. Why is that? Did you know we're in Phase 1 of strike action? Which means I didn't have to write reports!!!! We did some interviews but only a few and they were very low-key.
